In 2024, an estimated 42,710 new cases of cancer will be diagnosed in Indiana and 14,280 people will die from the disease, according to the American Cancer Society. As such, our course is clear: The Heroes Foundation will continue to fight.

Join the Heroes Foundation as a FitFest 2024 Exhibitor

The Heroes Foundation will kick off its online Fit4Heroes campaign, Powered by The Brookfield Group, on June 1, 2024 and host the celebratory family-friendly FitFest on June 23, 2024. FitFest will offer fun activities & competition (including a Cornhole tourney), vendors, exhibitors, and other nonprofit partners who serve those affected by a cancer diagnosis.

FitFest Details

When: June 23, 2024. Exhibitor set up 8:30 a.m., Event hours 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Where: Indiana Farm Bureau Football Center, 7001 W. 56th Street, Indianapolis

Who: Wellness-focused exhibitors (mind, body & soul) are invited to connect with the community & promote cancer prevention in Indiana.

Attire: Casual or athletic wear. Consider apparel branded with your organization logo. No heels are permitted on the practice facility flooring.

Parking: Exhibitors should park in the parking lot next to Gridiron Hall (see map). We appreciate your efforts to carpool and bring no more than 2 cars per exhibitor, to ensure we have ample parking for both exhibitors and attendees.

What To Bring:

Branded tablecloth/materials
Organizational swag (200-250 items)
Informational flyers
2 representatives per organization so exhibit is staffed at all times during event

What We Provide:

(1) 6 or 8 ft. table
Limited electrical outlets
Volunteer help w/set up & load out
