1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Heroes Foundation (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the httpss://www.heroesfoundation.org website as well as any related media forms, channels, or applications (collectively, the “Site”).
Heroes Foundation is a nonprofit organization registered in Indiana, United States, with our principal office at 317 N. Alabama Street, Suite B100, Indianapolis, IN 46204.
By accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site immediately.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

17. INDEMNIFICATION

19. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

20. CALIFORNIA USERS AND RESIDENTS
If you are a California resident, you may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs to resolve complaints.
21. MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Heroes Foundation regarding your use of the Site. If any provision is found unlawful, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
